Acrylic Adhesives
Acrylic adhesives are structural adhesives with a wide bonding range, including most types of plastics, slightly treated and untreated metals. They can be divided into two-component catalytic curing, single-component UV curing, or heat curing. Flexibility can range from good to very good, and they have weather resistance. Fast curing.
Anaerobic Adhesives
Single-component adhesives/sealants that can only cure in the absence of air. Used for thread locking, cylindrical retention, pipe thread sealing, surface sealing, etc.
Instant Adhesives
Single-component adhesives that cure instantly upon contact with metal surfaces. They have good adhesion and high strength to most substrates. They can have different viscosities, curing speeds, gap-filling abilities, and surface compatibilities.
Epoxy Adhesives
Can be single-component or two-component, heat or room temperature curing. They have high bonding strength to most substrates, sometimes even exceeding the strength of the substrates themselves. Epoxy resins are very hard, with chemical resistance and weather resistance. They can be designed as thermally conductive and electrically conductive epoxy adhesives.
Hot Melt Adhesives
A thermoplastic material that melts in the application equipment, can wet the substrate surface, and solidifies upon cooling to form a bond. Cures quickly, not a true structural adhesive, but bonds a wide range of substrates.
Polyurethane Adhesives
Single-component or dual-component, with very good adhesion to slightly treated thermoplastic and thermoset plastics. They have good flexibility and durability. There are three curing methods: catalytic curing, heat curing, and solvent evaporation curing. Generally, curing is slower.
Silicone
Single-component silicone adhesive/sealant that forms a tough solid through moisture curing. It has good weather resistance, wear resistance, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance. Operating temperature ranges from -76°F to 600°F (-24°C to 315°C).
UV Curing Adhesives
Single-component, solvent-free adhesives that cure under UV and visible light, used for bonding, coating, potting, and sealing. Can cure in seconds when exposed to UV or visible light.
Structural Adhesives
Structural adhesives refer to adhesives with high strength (compressive strength >65MPa, steel-to-steel tensile bonding strength >30MPa, shear strength >18MPa), capable of bearing large loads, and resistant to aging, fatigue, and corrosion. They maintain stable performance over their expected lifespan and are suitable for bonding structural components that bear strong forces.
High-Temperature Adhesives
High-temperature adhesives are inorganic nano-composite adhesives made using inorganic nanomaterials through polycondensation reactions. They not only have strong adhesion and are non-corrosive to metal substrates but also maintain good bonding performance and corrosion resistance at high temperatures, with a long service life.
Repair Adhesives
Repair adhesives, also known as patching adhesives, are mainly used for repairing and bonding metal, ceramic, and other materials, commonly for casting repairs, achieving normal mechanical performance after repair. According to the repair material, they are mainly divided into: casting repair agents, iron repair agents, steel repair agents, aluminum repair agents, copper repair agents, etc. According to Haoya Adhesive's classification, repair adhesives also include rubber repair agents, emergency repair agents, oil-based repair agents, wear-resistant repair agents, and corrosion-resistant repair agents.
