1055 River Casting Resin

1055 River Resin is an environmentally friendly, low-odor, highly transparent AB resin made from epoxy resin, mainly used for ultra-thick casting molding of river tables, crafts, and other products.

I. Main Features:

II. Main Applications:

Used for casting and molding river tables, crafts, furniture, accessories, advertising letters, light panels, etc.

III. Basic Parameters:

Appearance: Colorless and transparent

Mixing ratio: A2/B1

Hardness: 85–87 Shore D

Solid content: 99–99.7%

Viscosity: 2000–2500 mPa·s (after AB mixing, 25℃)

Temperature resistance: -30–90℃

IV. Application Method:

1. Carry out construction in a dust-free sealed room. First, clean and dry the mold and the item to be cast.

2. Secure the mold, mix the resin in the ratio A2 to B1 (by weight), and stir evenly.

3. If casting on wood, first apply a layer of resin to the wood. After it is half-dry, begin casting, keeping the thickness within 5 centimeters.

4. It is recommended to mix no more than 2 kilograms at a time, stirring clockwise to minimize bubbles, for 2–3 minutes.

5. Pour the evenly mixed resin into the mold promptly (resin should not be left standing for a long time).

6. Pour the resin slowly along the sides to minimize bubbles; small bubbles will naturally dissipate.

7. The curing environment should be around 20℃. Full curing takes about 2–3 days.

V. Other Precautions:

1. The resin ratio must be accurate; stir evenly.

2. If the ambient temperature is below 15℃, the resin will cure very slowly.

3. Wear safety goggles, a protective mask, and gloves during application, and ensure ventilation.

4. Clean equipment and tools with pure industrial alcohol, thinner, or rosin spirit.

5. If resin contacts skin, use alcohol or a special thinner and then rinse with clean water. If it gets in the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

VI. Storage and Packaging:

1. Seal tightly and store in a cool place; shelf life is 6 months.

2. Packaging: 15 kg per set.
