7001 Fast Adhesive

7001 Fast Adhesive is a single-component, fast-bonding acrylic adhesive made using a special solvent. This adhesive is mainly suitable for bonding panels under 5mm thick, requiring quick positioning, and where the appearance of the bonded joint is not highly demanding.

1. Characteristics

Strong adhesion, fast speed, aging resistance, low odor, few bubbles, no whitening, transparent, corrosive-free bonding without cracking or peeling.

2. Main Applications

Mutual bonding of acrylic products, such as: facades, boxes, signboards, desk signs, crystal letters, etc.

4. Usage Method

1. Clean and dry the bonding surfaces to remove oil, water, and dirt.

2. First, align and fix both bonding surfaces tightly. Using a 10ml–20ml syringe (with 0.8 needle), draw the adhesive into the syringe and then slowly inject it into the bonding joint.

3. The panels are generally positioned in 10 seconds and fully bonded in 24 hours.

5. Precautions

1. After opening the adhesive, promptly close the cap to prevent evaporation.

2. Ensure the construction site is ventilated, and personnel should wear protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

3. This product is an oxidizing agent (not flammable or explosive); keep it away from open flames and high temperatures during use and storage.

4. Keep this product out of reach of children.

5. If it comes into contact with skin, lightly rub with water and soap or alcohol.

6. Specifications/Shelf Life

1. 500ml per bottle, 12 bottles per box.

2. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed and stored in a cool place.
