7002 Bubble-Free Adhesive

7002 Bubble-Free Adhesive is a single-component, fast-bonding acrylic adhesive made with a special solvent. Its main features are: seamless bonding, no bubbles, no edge shrinkage, and no cracking. It is suitable for high-demand bonding of materials up to 10mm thick.

1. Features

Corrosive bonding, strong adhesion, no bubbles, no edge shrinkage, seamless, aging-resistant, low odor, high transparency, no whitening, and not easy to crack or delaminate.

2. Main Applications

Suitable for acrylic sheets within 10mm thickness, for right-angle joints, 45-degree splicing, routed edges, engraving, trimming, filling seams, etc.

4. Usage Instructions

1. Clean the bonding surfaces of oil, water, and dirt, and ensure they are dry.

2. First, align and secure the bonding surfaces. Using a 10ml~20ml syringe (with a 0.8mm needle), draw the adhesive into the syringe and slowly inject it into the bonding area.

3. The adhesive sets in 10 seconds for positioning and achieves full bonding in 24 hours.

5. Precautions

1. After opening the adhesive, promptly close the cap to prevent evaporation.

2. Ensure the work area is ventilated. Workers should wear protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

3. The product is an oxidizer (not flammable or explosive). Keep away from open flames and high temperatures during use and storage.

4. Keep out of reach of children.

5. If it comes into contact with skin, gently wipe with soap and water or alcohol.

6. Specifications/Shelf Life

1. 500ml per bottle, 12 bottles per carton.

2. Shelf life is 6 months when stored sealed in a cool place.
