7003 Shadowless Smooth Adhesive

7003 Shadowless Smooth Adhesive is a single-component, fast-bonding acrylic adhesive made with a special solvent. Its main features are: slow-drying, good fluidity, trace-free, bubble-free, no edge shrinkage, and no cracking, suitable for right-angle and face-to-face bonding of panels with thickness ranging from 10 to 90mm.

1. Characteristics

Strong adhesion, fast bonding speed, aging resistance, low odor, bubble-free, no whitening, transparent, corrosive bonding.

2. Main Uses

Acrylic furniture, large display stands, large-area face-to-face bonding, colorful panels, special boards, tubes, rods, hinges, and non-pure acrylic materials for right-angle and face-to-face bonding.

4. Usage Method

1. Clean oil, water, and dirt from the bonding surfaces and ensure they are dry.

2. First, align and fix the two bonding surfaces, then use a 10ml–20ml syringe (with a 0.8 needle) to draw the adhesive into the syringe and slowly inject it into the bonding joint.

3. Generally, panels can be positioned in 10 seconds, and fully bonded in 24 hours.

5. Precautions

1. After opening the adhesive, close the lid tightly to prevent evaporation.

2. Work in a ventilated area, and workers should wear protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

3. The product is an oxidizing agent (not flammable or explosive), keep away from open flames and high temperatures during use and storage.

4. Keep out of reach of children.

5. If it comes into contact with skin, wipe gently with soap and water or alcohol.

2. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed and stored in a cool place.
