7004 Plastic Adhesive

7004 Plastic Adhesive is a single-component, fast-bonding adhesive made with a special solvent, mainly used for bonding PVC foam board and PVC foam sheets.

1. Features

Strong adhesion, fast bonding, aging resistance, low odor, few bubbles, no whitening, transparent, corrosive-free bonding, and safe for hands.

2. Main Bonding Applications

PVC foam board, PVC sheets, Andy board, transparent PVC, PC board, ABS board, PVC foam sheets with acrylic, etc.

4. Usage Method

1. Clean the bonding surfaces of oil, water, and dirt, and make sure they are dry.

2. Align and fix the two bonding surfaces tightly. Use a 10ml~20ml syringe (with a 0.8 needle) to draw the adhesive into the syringe and slowly inject it into the bonding joint.

3. For bonding boards, positioning usually takes 10 seconds, and full bonding is achieved in 24 hours.

5. Precautions

1. Close the adhesive cap promptly after opening to prevent evaporation.

2. Ensure good ventilation at the construction site, and personnel should wear protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

3. The product is a fire-supporting substance (not flammable or explosive); keep it away from open flames and high temperatures during use and storage.

4. Keep the product strictly out of reach of children.

5. If it comes into contact with skin, wipe lightly with water and soap or alcohol.

6. Specifications/Shelf Life

1. 500ml per bottle, 12 bottles per box.

2. Shelf life is 6 months when stored sealed in a cool place.
