7005 PS Special Adhesive

7005PS plastic adhesive is a single-component fast-bonding adhesive specifically designed for PS plastic (domestic version of acrylic), made with a special solvent.

1. Features

Strong adhesion, fast speed, aging-resistant, low odor, no bubbles, no whitening, transparent, corrosive bonding, hand-safe, and other characteristics.

2. Main Adhesion

PS plastic sheets (referred to as domestic version of acrylic), thick sheets, thin sheets, bonding at 45-degree angles, right angles, bevel angles, and joints.

4. Usage Method

1. Clean and dry the bonding surfaces, removing any oil, water, or dirt.

2. First, align and fix the two bonding surfaces tightly. Use a 10ml~20ml syringe (with a 0.8 gauge needle) to draw the adhesive into the syringe, then slowly apply it to the bonding seam.

3. The sheets generally position in 10 seconds and achieve full adhesion in 24 hours.

5. Precautions

1. The adhesive should be tightly capped after opening to prevent evaporation.

2. Ensure the construction area is ventilated, and operators should wear protective clothing, masks, gloves, etc.

3. This product is an oxidizer (not flammable or explosive); use and storage should be kept away from open flames and high temperatures.

4. Keep away from children.

5. If it comes into contact with skin, gently wipe with soap and water or alcohol.

6. Specifications/Shelf Life

1. 500ml/bottle, 12 bottles/box.

2. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed in a cool place.
