5110 Craft Glaze Sealing Adhesive

5110 Craft Glaze Sealing Adhesive is specially formulated with epoxy resin. It is an environmentally friendly high-hardness surface gloss enhancer for crafts, designed to be "shine like a mirror without sanding or polishing."

I. Main Features:
- High gloss, high hardness, environmentally friendly with low odor, good adhesion, self-leveling, natural defoaming, aging resistance, temperature resistance, and provides mirror-like gloss without sanding or polishing.

II. Main Applications:
- Sealing and glazing surfaces of crafts, furniture accessories, furniture panels, sliding doors, artificial stone, and more.

III. Basic Parameters:
- Appearance: Colorless and transparent
- Ratio: A3/B1
- Hardness: 87~89 / Shore D
- Solid Content: 99~99.7%
- Viscosity: 2200~2500 mPa·S at 25°C after mixing A and B
- Temperature Resistance: -10 to 90°C

IV. Application Method:
1. Clean the substrate surface of dust, oil, and moisture, and ensure it is dry.
2. Mix the adhesive according to the A3/B1 weight ratio. It is recommended to prepare less than 1 kg at a time.
3. Stir the adhesive clockwise at medium speed to avoid introducing bubbles. Stirring time should be 1-2 minutes.
4. Apply the mixed adhesive promptly. The quicker it is applied, the better. After application, let the adhesive stand to self-level and defoam.
5. Application methods: brush, scraper, spray, pour, or roll. Avoid dirt or shedding from tools.
6. Defoaming: The adhesive will naturally defoam, or one can use a heat gun or vacuum for defoaming.
7. After applying the adhesive, place the product flat in a dust-free room or oven for heating. Temperature should be 35~40°C, and baking time should be over 8 hours.
8. Adhesive usage: approximately 0.5~1 kg per square meter.
9. The adhesive can also be diluted with high-purity ethyl acetate if needed.

V. Other Notes:
1. Adhesive ratio must be standard and mixed uniformly.
2. Both application and drying must be conducted in a dust-free room to prevent contamination. Do not touch the adhesive with bare hands before it cures.
3. When spraying, a nozzle diameter of 2.5 mm or larger is recommended.
4. If the ambient temperature is below 25°C, warm the A component to 35~40°C.
5. Wear protective goggles, masks, gloves, and ensure proper ventilation during application.
6. Clean equipment and tools with pure industrial alcohol or paint thinner.
7. In case of skin contact, wipe with alcohol or a special thinner. If splashed in the eyes, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention.

VI. Specifications and Shelf Life:
1. Shelf life is 6 months when stored sealed in a cool place.
