4. Construction method:

1. The substrate needs to be sealed with dust, oil, moisture, clean and dry.

2. Stir the glue evenly according to the ratio of A3/B1 (weight ratio). It is appropriate to mix less than 1 kg of glue at a time, and use as much as you want.

3. The glue after mixing is applied to the surface of the product in time, so that the glue has enough time to level and defoam.

4. Gluing method: brush, scrape, spray, and spray.

5. Glue stirring: Stir clockwise, too fast is easy to produce bubbles, and the stirring time is 1-2 minutes.

6. Defoaming: The glue will naturally defoam, and can also be defoamed with a musket or vacuum.

7. The glued product is placed flat in a clean room for heating and baking, the temperature is about 35°C∽40°C, and baked for more than 8 hours.

5. Other matters:

1. The glue ratio should be precise and the stirring should be even.

2. The operation and drying must be dust-proof in a clean room, and it is strictly forbidden to touch the glue before it is cured.

3. It is not recommended to operate below 28 °C, and the surface effect of the product made by the test is not good.

4. If spraying glue is used, the diameter of the spray gun is more than 2.5.

5. If the ambient temperature is lower than 25°C, it is recommended to heat the A glue to about 35°C~40°C.

6. Wear protective glasses, protective masks, gloves and other protective facilities during construction to keep the site ventilated.

7. Clean equipment and tools with pure industrial alcohol or thinner.

8. If it touches the skin, scrub it with alcohol or thinner, and then rinse with clean water. If it splashes into the eyes with clean water and rinses, seek medical attention in serious cases.
