1188-1 Tile Glaze Sealing Adhesive

The 1188-1 Tile Glaze Sealing Adhesive is specially formulated with epoxy resin. It is an environmentally friendly high-hardness surface coating adhesive that "requires no polishing, naturally glossy like a mirror" to enhance and brighten the surface of tiles.

1. Main Features:

Eco-friendly with low odor, good adhesion, high hardness, high gloss, self-leveling, natural degassing, anti-yellowing, and naturally glossy like a mirror without polishing.

2. Main Uses:

High-gloss glaze sealing for surfaces such as tiles, slabs, artificial stone, handicrafts, furniture, etc.

4. Application Method:

1. Clean and dry the surface of the substrate to be sealed, removing dust, oil, and moisture.

2. Mix the adhesive according to the A3/B1 (weight ratio) and stir evenly. Use less than 1 kg per batch; mix according to the amount needed.

3. Apply the evenly mixed adhesive onto the product surface promptly; the faster, the better to allow sufficient time for leveling and degassing.

4. Application methods: brush, scrape, spray, or pour.

5. Stirring: stir clockwise; stirring too fast may create bubbles, stir for 1–2 minutes.

6. Degassing: the adhesive will naturally degas, or you can use a heat gun or vacuum degassing.

7. Place the coated product flat in a dust-free room for warm baking at around 35℃–40℃ for more than 8 hours.

5. Other Notes:

1. The adhesive ratio must be accurate and thoroughly mixed.
2. All operations and drying must be done in a dust-free room; do not touch before curing.
3. Do not operate below 28℃; otherwise, the surface effect may be poor.
4. If using spray, a spray gun nozzle of 2.5 mm or larger is recommended.
5. If the ambient temperature is below 25℃, warm the A component to around 35℃–40℃.
6. Wear protective goggles, masks, gloves, and ensure ventilation during the process.
7. Clean equipment and tools with pure industrial alcohol or thinner.
8. If it comes into contact with skin, wipe with alcohol or thinner and rinse with water. If it gets in the eyes, rinse with water and seek medical attention if serious.

6. Specifications and Shelf Life:

1. Shelf life is 6 months when stored sealed in a cool place.
2. Packaging: 1.5 kg per set, 20 kg per set.
