2051-1 Water-Based High-Temperature Adhesive

The 2051-1 water-based high-temperature adhesive is an environmentally friendly high-temperature resistant adhesive made from an acrylic ester terpolymer, special high-temperature materials, and special additives.

1. Features:

Single-component, aging resistant, temperature resistant up to 200°C, water-based and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless, strong adhesion, resistant to acids and alkalis.

2. Main Applications:

Used for bonding materials that require high-temperature resistance, such as metal, glass, marble, fiberglass, fabric, bamboo and wood, ceramics, and composite panels.

3. Basic Parameters:

Appearance: Milky white
Solid content: 38-42%
pH value: 5.5-6.5
Temperature resistance: -20℃ to 200℃
Initial tack: 3-4 hours at 25℃
Viscosity: 14,500–15,500 mPa·s

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded, removing dust, oil, and water.
2. The adhesive can be used directly after opening the lid, or a small amount of water can be added and mixed evenly.
3. The adhesive can be applied by rolling, scraping, pouring, or spraying.
4. The adhesive can cure and gel at room temperature, with initial tack in 3-4 hours and basic bonding within 24 hours.
5. Heating will accelerate the gelation and curing process.

5. Precautions:

1. Seal the adhesive immediately after opening if not fully used, otherwise it will form a skin.
2. Do not apply or store the adhesive below 5℃.
3. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.
4. This adhesive has poor initial tack; bonding strength develops after more than 4 hours at room temperature.

6. Storage/Shelf Life:

Store sealed in a cool, dry place at 5-35℃. Shelf life is 6 months.

7. Packaging Specifications:

Packaged in 20kg or 50kg drums.
