2322-2 Polyurethane High Temperature Adhesive is a dual-component environmentally friendly high-temperature resistant glue made primarily from special polyurethane resin.

Application Method:

1. Clean and dry the bonding surfaces, removing oil, dirt, and moisture. If the surface is smooth, it should be roughened.

2. Mix the adhesive according to the A2 to B1 (weight ratio) thoroughly.

3. Apply the mixed adhesive immediately to the bonding area. If bonding double-sided, press tightly and leave undisturbed for over 4 hours.

4. At room temperature, the adhesive gains initial tack in 4 hours, reaches 80% bonding strength in 12 hours, and full strength in 6 days. Heating can accelerate curing.

5. Clean tools and equipment used during application promptly with thinner, industrial alcohol, rosin, or paint solvent.

Precautions:

1. The adhesive ratio must follow the standard (weight ratio), otherwise the cured film may soften and adhesion will be poor.

2. The adhesive must be mixed evenly, otherwise some areas may cure while others do not.

3. It is recommended to mix only the amount needed and use the prepared adhesive promptly.

4. If bonding double-sided, be sure to press out the air between layers and maintain pressure for 4 hours to prevent false adhesion.

Storage / Packaging:

1. 300g per set, 3kg per set.

2. Seal the adhesive and store in a cool place for up to 6 months.
