1022-2 Special Epoxy High-Temperature Adhesive is a two-component high-temperature resistant glue made from special epoxy resin and additives.

1. Characteristics:

High temperature resistance, strong adhesion, high hardness, aging resistance, environmentally friendly and odorless.

2. Main Bonding Applications:

Bonding and filling of metals, ceramics, marble, artificial stone, hard plastics, wood, carbon silicon, fiberglass materials, etc.

3. Basic Parameters:

Resin A: transparent, Hardener B: wine red

Ratio:

A2 / B1

Hardness:

85–88 / Shore D

Viscosity:

35000–50000 (after mixing A and B)

Temperature Resistance:

-20～220℃

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the bonded surfaces, removing rust, oil, and moisture.

2. Mix the glue according to the A2/B1 (weight ratio) and stir evenly.

3. Apply the mixed glue onto the bonding surface promptly, can apply glue on one side only.

4. Press the glued surfaces together immediately. The glue can cure at room temperature or be heat-cured.

5. Other Notes:

1. Ensure the glue ratio is accurate and mix evenly.

2. Wear protective equipment during application, maintain ventilation, and keep away from children.

3. Clean equipment and tools with pure industrial alcohol or paint thinner.

4. If glue contacts the skin, wash with soap and water.

6. Storage and Packaging:

Seal and store in a cool place, shelf life 12 months.
