0603 High-Temperature Adhesive

The 0603 high-temperature adhesive is specially made from modified special silicone resin. It is an organic solvent-based adhesive with good high-temperature resistance and insulation properties.

1. Main Characteristics:

Single-component, ultra-high temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, good insulation, easy to use, etc.

2. Main Applications:

Used for coil wrapping of electronic motors, electric machines, electrical appliances, transformers, etc., as well as for flexible glass cloth, flexible mica tape, flexible mica sheet, glass fiber sleeves, heat-resistant coatings, transistor sealing protection, and high-temperature insulation material equipment for isolation and protection.

4. Usage Instructions:

1. First, clean and dry the surface of the material to remove oil, dirt, or moisture.
2. Open the adhesive and apply it directly onto the product; no additives are needed.
3. Application methods include dripping, brushing, spraying, scraping, rolling, or soaking.
4. After applying the adhesive, place the product in an oven and bake at 180∽200 degrees Celsius for 30∽60 minutes.

5. Other Notes:

1. The adhesive must be fully baked before it will acquire the intended properties.
2. The adhesive can be diluted with toluene or xylene at a ratio of 1:1.6 (adhesive to diluent).
3. Unused adhesive needs to be tightly sealed for storage.
4. Wear protective goggles, masks, and gloves during application.
5. Cleaning of equipment and tools can be done using xylene, thinner, rosin solution, or paint thinner.
6. If the adhesive comes into contact with skin, wipe off with a cloth and then clean with alcohol or diluent. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. When stored sealed in a cool place, the shelf life is 6 months.
2. Packaging: 1 kg/bottle, 3.3 kg/bottle, 20 kg/drum.
