0116 High-Temperature Adhesive

This product is made from high polymer silica and alumina liquids, combined with various special inorganic powders and additives. It features heat resistance, fireproof properties, high temperature tolerance, and acid resistance.

2. Main Applications:

Used for bonding and sealing in igniters, smoke exhaust pipes, high-temperature furnaces, barbecue ovens, ceramics, brick kilns, quartz heating tubes, high-temperature pipelines, metals, fiberglass, fireproof boards, perlite calcium silicate boards, and silicon carbide castings.

4. Usage Method:

1. Bonding:
(1) Sand the surface to be bonded with 40-120 mesh sandpaper to make it rough. Clean off oil, rust, etc.
(2) Apply the adhesive directly to one side of the surface to be bonded, then press the other side onto it lightly.

2. Filling:
(1) If the adhesive has been standing for a long time, it may have sediment. Stir evenly before use.
(2) Clean and dry the area to be filled; it must be free of oil.
(3) Pour the mixed adhesive directly into the area to be filled.

3. Drying Method:
(1) First, place the filled adhesive product in an oven. Preheat and dry at around 40°C for 2 hours, then increase to about 80°C for another 2 hours, and finally adjust to 160°C and dry for around 1 hour.
(2) The adhesive can also cure at room temperature, but it will take a long time, generally over a week.

5. Other Notes:
1. The product must be completely air-dried or oven-dried to achieve effective bonding and filling.
2. If using a heating method for bonding or filling, it is recommended to let the adhesive sit for 5 hours after application before baking, to prevent bubbling.
3. A small amount of water can be used to thin the adhesive, but further dilution is not recommended.
4. After filling or bonding, the product must not be in prolonged contact with water, oil, or other liquids.
5. Unused adhesive should be sealed promptly and stored in a cool, shaded place.
6. This adhesive is not suitable for use in very humid environments or underwater.
7. Adhesive on the skin or tools can be cleaned with water.
