0115 High-Temperature Adhesive

0115 high-temperature adhesive is made from high-polymer silica and alumina liquids, combined with a variety of special inorganic powders and additives. It features heat resistance, fire resistance, high-temperature durability, and acid resistance.

1. Main Characteristics:

High temperature and fire resistance, water-based and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, smokeless when burned, strong adhesion, Class A fire protection, single-component.

2. Main Applications:

Igniters, smoke exhaust pipes, high-temperature furnaces, barbecue ovens, ceramics, brick kilns, quartz heating tubes, high-temperature pipelines, metals, fiberglass, fireproof boards, perlite calcium silicate boards, silicon carbide castings, for bonding and filling seams.

4. Usage Method:

1. First, roughen the bonding surface, then clean and dry off any oil or dirt.
2. After opening the adhesive, use it directly; apply the adhesive to the bonding surface and press immediately.
3. The adhesive can cure at room temperature; curing time is 24 hours to over one week (depending on the thickness of the applied adhesive).
4. The adhesive can also cure with heat: bake at 30–40°C for 1–3 hours, 70–80°C for 1–2 hours, and 160°C for 1–2 hours.
5. If the bonding surface is over 3 mm thick and both sides are being bonded, one side of the material must be water-absorbent and breathable to ensure adhesion; otherwise, it will not bond well.

5. Other Notes:

1. This product needs to be completely dried or baked before achieving full adhesive strength.
2. Unused adhesive should be sealed and stored promptly.
3. This product is not suitable for long-term use in humid or underwater environments.
4. For adhesive on skin or cleaning tools, wash off with water.
5. This product is non-flammable and non-toxic and can be stored and transported as ordinary goods.

1. Shelf life is 12 months when stored sealed in a cool place.
