0111 Water-Based High-Temperature Adhesive

0111 Water-Based High-Temperature Adhesive is formulated from special inorganic materials. This product is a single-component, environmentally friendly, high-temperature-resistant adhesive.

1. Main Features:

High-temperature resistance, water-based and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, smokeless when burning, strong adhesion, Class A fire resistance, etc.

2. Main Uses:

Repairing, bonding, and seam sealing for fiberglass, carbon fiber, aluminosilicate, ceramics, metals, high-temperature furnaces, barbecue ovens, ceramic tiles, brick kilns, high-temperature pipelines, high-temperature insulation cotton, fire doors, etc.

4. Usage Method:

1. First, roughen the bonding surface and then clean and dry any oil or dirt.

2. After opening the adhesive, use it directly by applying it to the surface to be bonded and immediately press tightly.

3. The adhesive can gel and cure at room temperature, with a curing time of 24 hours to over a week (duration depends on the thickness of the adhesive layer).

4. The adhesive can also be cured with heat. Curing methods: bake at 30∽40°C for 1∽3 hours, 70∽80°C for 1-2 hours, 160°C for 1-2 hours.

5. If the bonding surface is more than 3 mm thick and it's a double-sided bond, one of the two materials must be water-absorbent and breathable to ensure firm adhesion; otherwise, it will not bond well.

5. Other Notes:

1. The product must be completely air-dried or baked dry to achieve the corresponding bonding strength.

2. Unused adhesive should be sealed promptly for storage.

3. This product is not suitable for long-term use in humid or underwater environments.

4. If the adhesive contacts skin or tools, clean with water.

5. This product is non-flammable and non-toxic, and can be stored and transported as regular goods.

6. Specifications and Shelf Life:

1. Shelf life is 12 months when stored in a sealed state in a cool place.
