3530 Plastic Adhesive is a single-component, flexible, and strong plastic-specific adhesive made from special resins and polymer materials through advanced manufacturing processes.

Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, low odor, single-component, anti-aging, flexible glue film, water-resistant, heat-resistant, room temperature curing, high elasticity, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, quick positioning, no whitening, and other advantages.

Mainly adheres to:

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU, TPU), polycarbonate (PC), mixed plastics (ABS, ABS-PC), polystyrene (PS), velvet, sponge, plastic rubber.

Usage Method:

1. Clean and dry the surface of the items to be bonded, removing oil, dirt, water, etc.

2. Open the adhesive cap to use; no additives are needed.

3. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces of the materials. Bonding time depends on the material (let high-density materials stand for 3–5 minutes before bonding, low-density materials can be bonded immediately).

4. Press immediately after bonding to ensure firm contact; 10–15 minutes for positioning, 2–4 hours to reach certain strength, fully bonded in 24 hours.

5. Coating can be applied using a brush, roller, scraper, or suitable for machine coating.

Precautions:

1. Avoid inhalation or ingestion, and keep away from children.

2. Wear protective clothing and gloves during use, and ensure ventilation at the workspace.

3. For unused adhesive, cover the bottle mouth with cling film and screw the cap tightly to prevent thickening.

4. Do not move newly bonded products casually, as it may affect bonding strength.

5. This product is flammable. Keep away from fire sources during operation and storage.

1. Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months.
