3666PP Plastic Adhesive is a single-component, high-adhesion glue specifically for plastics, made from special resins and high polymer materials using advanced production processes.

Features:

Strong adhesion, low odor, single-component, aging resistance, flexible film, water-resistant, heat-resistant, cures at room temperature, high elasticity, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, quick positioning, no whitening, and other advantages.

Mainly bonds:

Polyethylene geomembrane (HDPE), polyethylene (PE), polyoxymethylene resin (POM), polypropylene (PP), thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), polyamide nylon (PA), biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), metal, bamboo, wood, fabric, paper, and other materials.

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the adhesive surfaces from oil, dust, water, etc., and ensure they are dry.
2. Stir the adhesive evenly before use.
3. Apply the adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded. The bonding time depends on material density (high-density materials should air for 3–5 minutes before bonding; low-density materials can be bonded immediately).
4. Press firmly after bonding for tight contact. Initial positioning takes 10–15 minutes, partial strength in 2–4 hours, optimal strength in 24 hours.
5. The adhesive can be applied using a brush, paintbrush, trowel, or machine roller.

Precautions:

1. Avoid inhalation or ingestion and keep out of reach of children.
2. Wear protective clothing and gloves during use, and ensure the working area is well ventilated.
3. Unused adhesive should have a layer of cling film over the bottle opening, and the cap tightly secured to prevent thickening.
4. Avoid moving freshly bonded products to prevent affecting adhesion strength.
5. This product is flammable and should be kept away from fire during operation and storage.

Storage / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 12 months.
2. After expiration, test before use.
