4022 Plastic Adhesive is a single-component, flexible, and strong adhesive specifically for plastics, made from special resin and polymer materials using advanced production technology.

Usage Method:

1. Firstly, clean and dry dust, oil, water, and other residues on the surfaces to be bonded.

2. Open the adhesive and apply it immediately. Use a brush to evenly coat the surface (apply adhesive on both surfaces). Let it stand for 4-6 minutes, then bond the two materials together, pressing firmly to expel air in between.

3. Do not move the bonded materials immediately after bonding; let stand for about 24 hours for full adhesion.

4. Adhesive can be applied using a brush, paintbrush, scraper, or machine roller.

Precautions:

1. Avoid inhalation or ingestion, and keep out of reach of children.

2. Wear protective clothing and gloves during use. Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.

3. For unused adhesive, cover the bottle opening with plastic wrap and tighten the cap promptly to prevent thickening.

4. Do not move newly bonded products, as this may affect adhesion strength.

5. This product is flammable; keep away from fire sources during operation and storage.
