4088 Rubber Adhesive

4088 rubber adhesive is formulated from imported special resins, which need to be added with a curing agent when used, and is a two-component (AB type) glue, which is mainly used for cold vulcanization bonding of rubber.

5. How to use:

1. Use a wire wheel or abrasive cloth to polish the two paste surfaces.

2. Use cleaning agent to clean and dry the polished paste surface, dirt, oil, dust, water, etc.

3. The glue is good according to the A100/B4 (weight ratio), stir evenly, it is recommended to use as much as you want, and the glue should be used up within 2 hours.

4. Pasting method:

A) Rubber sticking rubber: double-sided glue, glue should be applied twice, the first time use a brush to brush the glue evenly on the paste surface, the thinner the glue is better to dry for 5∽10 minutes, wait for the glue to be applied twice in a semi-dry state, and leave the second side to dry for 5~10 minutes, wait for the glue to be semi-dry to glue the two paste surfaces, use a hammer to beat from the middle to the four sides, and leave it for 24 hours to completely stick firmly.

B) Rubber adhesive metal: pre-apply "4330 metal adhesive" on the metal surface, apply the adhesive 1∽ 2 times, wait for the metal adhesive to dry completely (about 1 hour), and then apply 4088 glue on the adhesive surface and rubber surface, and the rest is operated according to the rubber sticking method on the above.

6. Precautions:

1. This adhesive is only suitable for cold labeling of rubber, not suitable for hot vulcanization.

2. This product has a large viscosity, but the thixotropy is very good, easy to brush, and it is conducive to uniform glue application by cutting it short with a brush.

3. The glue contains organic solvents, low toxicity, and pay attention to ventilation when using.

4. This product is equipped with a curing agent (B glue), and the mixed glue is used up within 2 hours and cannot be stored for a long time.

5. Cleaning tools can be paint thinner.

6. Keep glue away from children.

7. Specifications/shelf life:

1. It should be sealed well, placed in a cool and dry place, and has a shelf life of 6 months.
