4811 Foam Adhesive

4811 Foam Adhesive is a single-component oil-based EPS special adhesive synthesized from acrylic resin and vinyl acetate polymer.

I. Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, fast curing, environmentally friendly and non-toxic, good transparency, moisture and water resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, non-corrosive (won't burn) foam, etc.

II. Main Adhesives:

Polystyrene (EPS, XPS, Polylion) foam boards, foam boxes, EPE pearl cotton, polyurethane insulation boards, rock wool boards, EVA foam boards, KT boards, sponge, wood, leather, fabrics, metals, glass, cement, plastics, magnet plastic sheets, melamine boards, extruded boards, etc. Mainly used for bonding foam insulation boards.

IV. Usage Method:

1. Clean and dry the surface of the items to be bonded from oil, dirt, and water.
2. To prevent sedimentation, shake the glue evenly before use; open the cap to use.
3. Generally, apply glue on both bonding surfaces; a thin layer is recommended and should not be too thick.
4. If both materials are non-breathable, let the glue dry before bonding; air for 3–5 minutes until it is no longer sticky to the touch.
5. If both materials are breathable or one side is breathable, bonding can be done directly.

V. Precautions:

1. Avoid inhalation and ingestion; keep away from children.
2. Wear protective clothing and gloves during use, and ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
3. Unused glue should be sealed with plastic wrap on the bottle mouth to prevent thickening.
4. Do not move freshly bonded products to avoid affecting adhesive strength.
5. This product is flammable and should be kept away from fire during use and storage.
6. Adhesion is ineffective if exposed for more than 20 minutes after application.
7. If the ambient temperature is below 5°C, the glue needs to be warmed before use.

VII. Storage/Shelf Life:

Store sealed in a cool, dry place; shelf life is 12 months.
