3220 Flexible Fast Adhesive

3220 Flexible Fast Adhesive is a fast-bonding glue with slight flexibility, formulated from imported cyanoacrylate ethyl ester.

I. Main Features:

After curing, the glue has slight flexibility, strong adhesion, fast curing speed, single component, easy to operate, and good aging resistance.

II. Main Applications:

Suitable for bonding electronic components, metals, plastics, fiberglass, wood, glass, ceramics, marble, artificial stone, leather, fabrics, foam boards, PVC foam boards, PP, PE, and some other hard-to-bond materials.

IV. Usage Instructions:

1. First, clean and dry the bonding surfaces, removing oil, dust, rust, moisture, etc. If the surface is very smooth, roughen it before bonding.

2. Apply glue to one of the two surfaces only, then immediately press the other surface together.

3. Initial set in 5-15 seconds, fully bonded in about 4-6 hours.

4. Twist open the glue cap for use. After use, close the cap immediately, otherwise the glue at the bottle mouth will cure easily.

5. The glue is suitable for small-area bonding and can be applied by droplet, spreading, or brushing.

V. Precautions:

1. Do not wear knitted gloves during operation (because glue on knitted gloves can generate heat), as this may cause burns.

2. If glue accidentally gets into the eyes, do not rub with hands. Rinse immediately with water or use a warm towel compress to let the eyelids separate naturally (do not forcibly pull open, which can injure the eyelids). In severe cases, seek medical attention immediately.

3. If glue gets on the skin, soak in warm soapy water, or remove with acetone or YZ series adhesive remover.

4. Wear protective mask, goggles, plastic gloves, and other protective equipment during use.

5. In case of large glue spillage, rinse with water, let the glue cure, and then clean it up.

VI. Specifications/Shelf Life:

1. Shelf Life: Store sealed in the refrigerator or in a cool place. Shelf life is 6 months.
