3401 Rubber Quick Adhesive

3401 Rubber Quick Adhesive is formulated with imported cyanoacrylate ester and belongs to a single-component, fast-bonding rubber adhesive.

I. Main Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, quick positioning, resistant to high and low temperatures, low whitening, single-component, easy to operate, good aging resistance, etc.

II. Main Bonding Applications:

Suitable for bonding various rubbers such as EPDM and NBR, plastics, acidic hardwood, porous wood, metals, leather, fabrics, polycarbonate, phenolic resin, ceramics, marble, artificial stone, paper, etc.

IV. Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the surface of the items to be bonded from oil, dust, and rust using acetone or trichloroethylene.
2. Open the bottle cap to use the adhesive. After use, close the cap tightly to prevent the adhesive at the bottle opening from curing.
3. When the adhesive drips onto the bonding surface, immediately press the other surface onto it and hold for 1 minute. The adhesive sets in 5~20 seconds, with optimal strength reached in 24 hours.
4. Application methods: drop, spread, brush, roll, etc.

V. Precautions:

1. Do not wear knitted gloves during operation (adhesive contacting knitted gloves can generate heat), as this can easily cause burns.
2. If adhesive accidentally gets into the eyes, do not rub with hands. Immediately rinse with water or apply a warm towel to allow the eyelids to separate naturally (do not force open, as this may injure the eyelids). Seek medical attention if severe.
3. If adhesive gets on the skin, soak in warm soapy water, or use acetone or YZ series adhesive remover to clean.
4. Wear protective masks, goggles, and plastic gloves during use.
5. In case of a large adhesive spill, rinse with water, and handle the residue after it has cured.

VI. Specifications/Shelf Life:

1. Store at 2~8°C, or place in the refrigerator or a cool area. Shelf life is 6 months when sealed.
2. Available in 20g/bottle, 100g/bottle, 1000g/bottle, and 20kg/barrel.
