3412 Adhesive

3412 Adhesive is primarily made from imported cyanoacrylate ester and special additives, formulated to be a fast-drying glue.

Features:

High viscosity, non-flowing, strong adhesion, fast curing, single-component and easy to operate, good aging resistance, etc.

Metal, plastic, wood, glass, ceramics, marble, artificial stone, leather, fabric, foam board (PVC), PP, and other materials.

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the bonding surface of oil, dust, and rust with acetone or trichloroethylene.

2. Open the glue cap to use. After use, tightly close the bottle cap immediately; otherwise, the glue at the bottle mouth may cure.

3. When dropping glue onto the bonding surface, press the other surface immediately, fix for about one minute to set, and leave for about 5 hours for complete adhesion.

4. Unused glue should be stored in a cool place or in the refrigerator.

Precautions:

1. Do not wear knitted gloves during operation (because glue on knitted gloves generates heat), as this can burn your hands.

2. If glue accidentally gets into the eyes, do not rub with hands. Immediately rinse with water or apply a warm towel to allow eyelids to separate naturally (do not force open, as this may injure eyelids). Seek medical attention for severe cases.

3. If glue gets on the skin, soak in warm soapy water, or use acetone or YZ series remover to clean it off.

4. Wear protective masks, glasses, and plastic gloves during use.

5. In case of large glue spills, rinse with water. Once the glue solidifies, handle accordingly.
