3416 PS Solid Wood Frame Corner Glue

3416 PS solid wood frame corner glue is formulated with imported cyanoacrylate ester. It is a high-viscosity, fast-bonding glue that does not flow easily.

1. Main Features:

Single-component, strong adhesion, high hardness, odorous, aging-resistant, fast curing speed, high viscosity, and non-flowing.

2. Main Applications:

Bonding materials such as PS photo frames, solid wood photo frames, metal, rubber and plastics, wood, PVC foam board, glass, fiberglass, ceramics, marble, artificial stone, leather, fabric, PVC, PP, PE, ABS, etc.

4. Application Method:

1. Clean the adhesive surfaces with acetone or trichloroethylene to remove oil, dust, and rust.

2. Open the cap to use the glue. After use, immediately cover the bottle, otherwise the glue at the bottle mouth will easily cure.

3. Apply the glue onto one bonding surface and press the other surface immediately, fixing for several seconds. This glue is suitable for small-area bonding.

4. Initial adhesion is 15–20 seconds, fully bonded in 4–5 hours.

5. Application methods: manual drop application, machine dispensing, brushing, scraping, or squeeze bottle application, etc.

5. Precautions:

1. If glue is not used up, seal tightly and store in a cool place or refrigerator.

2. Do not wear knitted gloves during operation (as glue on knitted gloves generates heat), this may cause burns.

3. If glue enters the eyes, do not rub with hands. Immediately rinse with clean water or apply a warm towel to the eyes and allow the eyelids to separate naturally (do not force open as it may injure the eyelids). Seek hospital treatment for severe cases.

4. If glue gets on the skin, it can be removed by soaking in warm soapy water or using acetone or YZ series glue remover.

5. Wear protective mask, goggles, and plastic gloves during use.

6. In case of large glue spill, rinse with water and handle after it solidifies.

1. Store in a sealed container in a cool place or refrigerator. Shelf life is 6 months.
