9811 Special Adhesive for Stone Slabs

9811 Special Adhesive for Stone Slabs is made from specially formulated acrylic resin. It is a two-component AB type adhesive, mainly used for bonding the edges and corners of stone slabs.

1. Main Features:

Strong adhesion, fast curing, high hardness, aging resistance, moisture resistant, can be sanded and polished around an hour after bonding.

2. Main Uses:

Bonding corners, edges, straight edges, and 45-degree edges of stone slabs, ceramic tiles, artificial stone, etc.

4. Application Method:

1. Clean the bonding surface of oil, moisture, dust, etc., and ensure it is dry.
2. Use a dedicated adhesive gun to inject the glue into the bonding interface and fix it promptly.
3. Initial bonding 8~12 minutes, fully bonded in 1~2 hours.
4. A 75ml cartridge can apply approximately 5~6 meters of adhesive.

5. Precautions:

1. It is best to use one cartridge at a time. If used in multiple segments with long intervals, the glue at the mixing nozzle may harden.
2. Lower ambient temperatures slow down the curing speed of the adhesive.
3. Wear protective goggles, masks, gloves, and other protective equipment during application.
4. Clean tools and equipment with thinner, rosin water, or paint thinner.
5. If the adhesive touches the skin, wipe it off with a cloth and then clean with alcohol or thinner. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a cool, sealed place. Shelf life is 6 months.
2. 75ml per cartridge, 100 cartridges per box.
