9235 Rock Slab Anchoring Adhesive

9235 Rock Slab Anchoring Adhesive is formulated from imported modified polyurethane. It is an environmentally friendly flexible adhesive that cures by absorbing moisture from the air.

1. Main Features:

Strong adhesion, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, resistant to humidity, remains elastic after curing, does not shrink, does not harden, does not fade, aging-resistant, and crack-resistant.

2. Main Applications:

Metals, rock slabs, tiles, marble, fiberglass, concrete, bricks, artificial stone, wood panels, plastic panels, fireproof boards, etc.

3. Main Parameters:

Appearance: Paste / Milky white

Viscosity: 125,000–130,000 / 25℃ / CPS

Tensile Strength: 3.52 / MPa

Shear Strength: 2.57 / MPa

Solid Content: 99.7%

Curing Speed: About 3.0mm / 1 day

Temperature Resistance: -40~+90℃

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded by removing oil, dirt, rust, wax, and moisture. If the surface is smooth, it is recommended to sand it rough.

2. Open one end of the adhesive and place it into a caulking gun for direct application.

3. After applying the adhesive, immediately press the two surfaces together and let them sit for more than 24 hours.

4. Initial bonding takes a few minutes; for complete adhesion (small areas), about 24 hours are needed. Larger bonding areas require longer time.

5. Bonding Methods: A. Full-coating bonding. B. Spot-bonding. C. Strip bonding.

5. Precautions:

1. This adhesive primarily cures through moisture; the higher the environmental humidity, the faster the adhesive cures.

2. The adhesive is minimally toxic. If it gets on the skin, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth, then wash with soapy water.

3. Seal any opened adhesive tightly if not used immediately to prevent curing.

4. This adhesive is neutral and will not corrode other materials.

1. Store in a cool, sealed place; shelf life is 6 months.
