9233 Rock Slab Composite Adhesive

The 9233 Rock Slab Composite Adhesive is specially formulated from modified silane resin. It is an environmentally friendly, single-component, solvent-free flexible adhesive.

1. Main Features:

Single-component, strong adhesion, environmentally friendly with low odor, moisture-resistant, remains flexible after curing, non-shrinking, does not harden, aging-resistant, and crack-resistant.

2. Main Applications:

Bonding rock slabs to aluminum honeycomb panels, galvanized panels, stainless steel panels, PVC panels, melamine panels, medium-density fiberboard, calcium silicate panels, etc. Bonding flooring to cement floors, epoxy floors, etc.

4. Application Method:

1. Clean the bonding surfaces from oil, dirt, and water, and ensure they are dry.
2. Use the adhesive directly after opening; no additives are needed.
3. Application method: roll or scrape the adhesive; not suitable for spraying. Apply on a single side only.
4. Press and bond immediately after applying the adhesive, ensuring all air is squeezed out.
5. Initial adhesion occurs in a few minutes; full bonding (for small areas) takes more than 24 hours. The larger the bonding area, the longer the time required.

5. Precautions:

1. This adhesive primarily cures through moisture. The greater the humidity, the faster the curing.
2. The adhesive has very low toxicity. If it comes into contact with the skin, wipe it off immediately with a dry cloth and then wash with soap and water.
3. Seal the adhesive promptly after opening; otherwise, it can cure.
4. This is a neutral adhesive and will not corrode other materials.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a sealed container in a cool place. Shelf life is 6 months.
2. 500g per pack, 20 packs per box.
