9200 Slab Anchoring Adhesive

9200 Slab Anchoring Adhesive is formulated from imported modified polyurethane and is an environmentally friendly, flexible adhesive that cures by absorbing moisture.

I. Main Features:

Strong adhesion, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and odorless, moisture-resistant, elastic after curing, non-shrinking, non-hardening, non-fading, aging-resistant, crack-resistant, etc.

Metal, slabs, tiles, marble, concrete, fiberglass, bricks, artificial stone, wooden boards, plastic panels, fireproof panels, etc.

IV. Application Method:

1. Clean and dry the adhesive surfaces, removing oil, dirt, rust, wax, moisture, etc. If the surface is smooth, it is recommended to sand it rough.
2. Open the nozzle on one end of the adhesive tube, insert it into the caulking gun, and apply the adhesive directly.
3. After applying the adhesive, join and press the two surfaces together immediately, leaving for more than 24 hours.
4. Initial adhesion occurs within a few minutes, with complete bonding (for small areas) in about 24 hours; larger bonding areas require more time.
5. Bonding methods: A. Full spread bonding. B. Spot adhesive bonding. C. Adhesive strip indirect bonding.

V. Precautions:

1. This adhesive cures mainly by moisture; the higher the humidity, the faster the curing.
2. The adhesive is of very low toxicity; if it gets on the skin, wipe it off with a dry cloth and then wash with soap and water.
3. Seal the adhesive tightly after opening if not fully used, to prevent curing.
4. This is a neutral adhesive and does not corrode other materials.

VI. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a cool, sealed place, with a shelf life of 6 months.
2. 600ml per tube, 20 tubes per carton.
