9110 Rock Slab Anchoring Adhesive

9110 Rock Slab Anchoring Adhesive is formulated from imported modified polyurethane and is an environmentally friendly flexible adhesive that cures by absorbing moisture.

1. Main Features:
- Strong adhesion, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, odorless, resistant to moisture
- Elastic after curing, non-shrinking, non-hardening, non-fading, aging-resistant, crack-resistant

2. Main Applications:
- Metals, rock slabs, tiles, marble, fiberglass, concrete, bricks, artificial stone, wood, hard plastics, fireproof boards, etc.

3. Basic Parameters:
- Appearance: Paste / White
- Viscosity: 25000–30000 CPS / 25℃
- Tensile Strength: 2.12 MPa
- Shear Strength: 1.67 MPa
- Solid Content: 99.7%
- Curing Rate: About 3.0mm / 1 day
- Temperature Resistance: -40~+90℃

4. Application Method:
1. Clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded from oil, dirt, rust, wax, and moisture. For smooth surfaces, sanding is recommended.
2. Cut an opening at one end of the adhesive and insert it into the glue gun for direct application.
3. After dispensing the adhesive, press the two surfaces together immediately and keep them pressed for over 24 hours.
4. Initial bonding takes a few minutes; full bonding (for small areas) takes around 24 hours. Larger bonding areas require longer curing times.
5. Bonding methods: A. Full coating bonding. B. Spot bonding. C. Adhesive strip indirect bonding.

5. Precautions:
1. This adhesive cures primarily through moisture; higher humidity speeds up curing.
2. The adhesive is very low in toxicity. In case of contact with skin, wipe it off with a dry cloth and wash with soapy water.
3. Seal any unused adhesive immediately after opening to prevent curing.
4. This is a neutral adhesive and will not corrode other materials.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:
1. Store sealed in a cool place; shelf life is 6 months.
2. 600ml per cartridge, 20 cartridges per box.
