2322 Composite Adhesive

2322 Composite Adhesive is a two-component (AB type), high-temperature resistant, environmentally friendly, odorless adhesive made primarily from composite resin and imported additives.

Characteristics:

- Strong adhesion, good toughness, aging resistance
- Medium hardness
- High-temperature resistance up to 160°C, low-temperature resistance down to -40°C
- Environmentally friendly and odorless, free of formaldehyde and toluene
- Two-component system

Main Applications:

- Stone slabs, tiles, marble, aluminum plates, iron plates, stainless steel plates, artificial stone, PVC foam board, melamine board, fireproof board, MDF, solid wood board, calcium silicate board, cement board, leather, fiberglass cloth, polystyrene foam board, polyurethane foam board, paint-free board, exterior wall insulation integrated board, refrigerated truck panels, manual purification panels (including glass magnesium board, rock wool board, silicate board, and other sandwich panels), new energy vehicle panels, various metal grid boards, and other composite bonding

Basic Parameters:

Appearance:

Mixing Ratio:
- 5:1 (by weight)

Working Time:
- 20-30 minutes

Initial Bonding Time:
- 3-4 hours (at room temperature)

Full Cure:
- 6-7 days (at room temperature)

Temperature Resistance:
- -40 to 160°C

Instructions for Use:

1. Clean and dry the surface of the materials to be bonded, removing dust, oil, paint, wax, and moisture. Surface roughening is recommended.
2. Mix in a 5:1 ratio by weight (A:B), stirring evenly.
3. The mixed adhesive can be applied by rolling, scraping, pouring, or spraying (for spraying, a nozzle of 3.0 mm is recommended).
4. This adhesive has low initial tack; the bonded product must be pressed with sufficient weight for 3-4 hours or more after application.
5. Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with thinner, ethyl acetate, acetone, or similar solvents.

Precautions:

1. The adhesive must be mixed in the correct ratio; large deviations may result in softened cured film and poor bonding.
2. Ensure the adhesive is thoroughly mixed to avoid inconsistent curing.
3. The pot life is around 25 minutes; avoid mixing too much at once. 1-2 kg is recommended per batch.
4. Immediately apply heavy pressure after bonding to expel trapped air; otherwise, voids and honeycombing may occur.

Storage / Packaging:

- Net weight: 30 kg per set (A 25 kg / B 5 kg)
- Shelf life: 6 months when stored in a cool place
