2322L Composite Adhesive

2322L Composite Adhesive is a dual-component (AB type) high-temperature resistant, environmentally friendly, odorless adhesive made primarily from composite resin and imported additives.

Features:

Strong adhesion, good toughness, aging resistant, medium hardness, high-temperature resistance up to 160°C, low-temperature resistance down to -40°C, environmentally friendly and odorless, free of formaldehyde and toluene, two-component.

Main Applications:

Bonding of: rock plates, tiles, marble, aluminum plates, iron plates, stainless steel plates, artificial stone, PVC foam boards, melamine boards, fireproof boards, medium-density fiberboard, solid wood boards, calcium silicate boards, cement boards, leather, fiberglass cloth, polystyrene foam boards, polyurethane foam boards, paint-free boards, integrated exterior wall insulation panels, refrigerated truck panels, manual cleanroom panels (including glass magnesium boards, rock wool boards, silica salt panels, and other sandwich panels), new energy vehicle panels, and various metal grid panels.

Usage Instructions:

1. Clean the bonding surfaces of dust, oil, paint, wax, and moisture, and ensure they are dry. Sanding the surface is recommended to increase roughness.
2. Mix A adhesive and B adhesive in a 4:1 ratio (by weight) and stir evenly.
3. The mixed adhesive can be applied by rolling, scraping, pouring, or spraying (for spraying, a nozzle of 3.0 mm is recommended).
4. This adhesive has low initial tack; the bonded product must be pressed with sufficient weight for 3-4 hours or more after application.
5. Clean tools and equipment immediately after use with thinner, ethyl acetate, acetone, or similar solvents.

Precautions:

1. The adhesive must be mixed in the correct ratio; large errors may result in softened cured film and poor bonding.
2. Ensure the adhesive is fully stirred; incomplete mixing may cause uneven hardness.
3. The working time for mixed adhesive is about 25 minutes, and it is not recommended to prepare too much at once; 1-2 kg per batch is suggested.
4. Press the products immediately after bonding to remove air; otherwise, air pockets and honeycomb shapes may form.
