Detailed Introduction
5318 UV Crystal Glue
5318 UV Crystal Glue is a crystal mirror glue made from UV resin and additives, cured using a cold light source UV ultraviolet gel. It is mainly used for creating high-gloss crystal mirror effects on the surface of flat products.
1. Main Features:
Single-component, high hardness, fast curing, transparent, good fullness, anti-yellowing, low odor, formaldehyde-free, easy to apply.
2. Main Uses:
Making high-gloss mirror finishes on surfaces such as crystal photo frames, crystal furniture panels, and handicrafts.
3. Basic Parameters:
Appearance:
Transparent liquid
Hardness:
2H/Chinese pencil
Viscosity:
800~1200 mPa·s / 25℃
Solid Content:
50%
Temperature Resistance:
-30°C ~ 90°C
4. Usage Instructions:
1. Clean and dry the substrate first.
2. Pour the glue in the center of the substrate surface, cover it with a crystal film (PET film), then use a rubber roller or rubber scraper to spread the glue evenly from the center to the edges.
3. Use a dedicated cold light source UV ultraviolet lamp to cure the glue. Curing time is 3~5 minutes. Once the glue is fully gelled and hardened, remove the crystal film.
4. Use the cold light source UV lamp to irradiate the gel until fully cured. The lamp should be about 3~5 cm away from the glue.
5. The glue can be used directly after pouring, with no additives needed.
5. Precautions:
1. Do not roll glue or store it under sunlight or UV light.
2. Cleaning tools and equipment can be done using solvents (xylene, thinner, rosin solution, etc.).
3. Take necessary safety measures during application: wear protective glasses, masks, gloves, and ensure proper ventilation.
4. In case of skin contact, wipe with alcohol first, then rinse with clean water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.
5. This product is flammable; keep away from fire sources during use and storage.
6. Storage and Packaging:
1. Store sealed in a dark, room-temperature, dry place; shelf life is three months.
2. Packaging: 2 kg/bottle, 25 kg/drum.
