5639 Acrylic UV Shadow-Free Adhesive

5639 Acrylic UV Shadow-Free Adhesive is formulated with imported polyurethane acrylate resin. It is a cold light source ultraviolet (UV) curing adhesive primarily used for bonding and laminating acrylic, plastic, glass, and other materials.

1. Main Features:

High transparency, single component, fast curing, strong adhesion, moisture-resistant and water-resistant, capable of withstanding high and low temperatures, aging-resistant, anti-yellowing, environmentally friendly without solvents, and the cured adhesive film is flexible.

2. Main Uses:

Bonding and laminating acrylic, glass, PS, PC, PVC, PE, PO, and other transparent sheets with glass, photo paper, and print paper.

3. Basic Parameters:

4. Application Method:

1. Clean and dry dust, oil, and moisture from the surfaces to be bonded.

2. Apply the adhesive to one side of one of the materials, then cover with the other material and press evenly. Remove air bubbles. Adhesive application methods: rolling, dripping, or scraping are all acceptable.

3. Place the adhesive-coated materials under a UV lamp. The adhesive will quickly gel and cure to form a strong bond.

4. Use a cold light source UV lamp with a wavelength of 365 nm, irradiating for approximately 1–3 minutes.

5. Precautions:

1. Do not apply or store this adhesive under sunlight or UV light.

2. The adhesive must be bonded on both sides with oxygen isolated to cure. Exposed adhesive surfaces will not cure.

3. Cleaning tools and equipment can use xylene, thinner, rosin spirit, or alcohol.

4. Take necessary safety measures during operation, wear protective goggles, masks, and gloves, and ensure proper ventilation.

5. If the adhesive contacts the skin, wipe off with alcohol and rinse with water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse with water immediately and seek medical advice.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store sealed in a dark, cool place. The shelf life is 3 months. It can be tested for use after expiration if still effective.
