6122 Plastic UV Shadowless Adhesive

6122 Plastic UV Shadowless Adhesive is formulated from imported polyurethane acrylate resin. It is a cold-light-source ultraviolet (UV) adhesive, mainly used for lamination bonding between plastic films and glass photo paper.

1. Main Features:

High transparency, single-component, fast curing, strong adhesion, moisture and water resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, environmentally friendly without solvents, flexible and elastic after curing.

2. Main Bonding Applications:

Transparent sheets and films such as PVC, PC, PO, PU, EVA, PE film, and PVA film are bonded and laminated with photo paper, glass, melamine board, or PVC foam board.

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean the substrate to be bonded from dust, grease, and moisture, and ensure it is dry.

2. Apply the adhesive to one side of the substrate, then cover with the other substrate, pressing and rolling firmly to eliminate air bubbles. Application methods can be rolling, pouring, or scraping.

3. Place the coated substrate under UV light; the adhesive will rapidly gel and cure, forming adhesion.

4. Use a cold-light 365 nm UV lamp for exposure, with exposure time of about 1–3 minutes.

5. Precautions:

1. This adhesive must not be applied or stored under sunlight or UV light.

2. The adhesive must bond both sides to isolate air in order to gel and cure. If the adhesive surface is exposed, it cannot cure.

3. Cleaning tools and equipment can use xylene, thinner, rosin spirit, alcohol, etc.

4. Take necessary safety measures during operation: wear protective glasses, mask, gloves, and ensure good ventilation.

5. If the adhesive comes into contact with skin, wipe with alcohol and rinse with water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store the adhesive in a dark and cool place. Shelf life is 3 months; after expiration, it can still be used if it passes testing.
