6668 UV Dot Drilling Glue

6668 UV Dot Drilling Glue is formulated with imported polyurethane acrylic resin. It is a UV-curing adhesive mainly used for dot-drilling and gem inlay bonding on the surface of some products.

1. Main Characteristics:

High transparency, single component, fast curing, strong adhesion, moisture resistance, high and low temperature resistance, aging resistance, anti-yellowing, flexible cured glue film.

2. Main Uses:

For bonding transparent decorative rhinestones, agate rhinestones, crystal rhinestones, glass granules, and crafts, glass, colored glaze, crystal paintings, decorative paintings, accessories, photo frames, and inlaid diamond bonding.

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the surface of the base material to be bonded from dust, oil, moisture, etc.

2. Apply the dot drilling glue on the surface position of the base material where drilling is needed, then sprinkle the rhinestones evenly on the glue, and cure under a UV lamp.

3. Glue Application Methods: Dropping, rolling, scraping, or brushing are all acceptable.

4. UV Lamp Selection: Use a UV lamp specifically for the glue. Wavelength 365 nm, LED UV lamp, or UV mercury lamp is acceptable.

5. UV Exposure Time: Mainly determined by the power of the UV lamp, generally about 15 seconds to 3 minutes.
