5888 Electronic UV Glue

5888 Electronic UV Glue is formulated from special UV resin. It is a cold-light UV ultraviolet gel-curing electronic adhesive for fixation and sealing.

1. Main Features:

Single-component, high hardness, fast curing, non-sticky surface, strong adhesion, aging resistant, transparent, full-bodied, anti-yellowing, low odor, formaldehyde-free, easy to apply.

2. Main Applications:

Fixing, bonding, and sealing electronic products, LED lamps, wire ends, and similar products.

4. Usage Method:

1. Clean and dry the product that needs glue application.

2. Apply the glue on the product and irradiate with a cold-light UV lamp until the glue is fully gelled and hardened.

3. The closer the distance, the better. Irradiation time is 1~3 minutes (the duration depends on the UV lamp power).

4. The glue can be used directly after dispensing, no additives needed.

5. Use a UV lamp with a wavelength of 365 nm.

5. Precautions:

1. Do not store the glue under sunlight or ultraviolet light.

2. Clean equipment and tools using solvents (xylene, thinner, rosin, etc.).

3. Take necessary safety measures during application: wear protective goggles, masks, and gloves, and ensure proper ventilation.

4. In case of skin contact, rinse with alcohol and water. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

5. This product is flammable. Keep away from fire during use and storage.

6. Storage and Packaging:

1. Store sealed in a dark, dry place at normal temperature. Shelf life is three months.

2. Packaging: 2 kg/bottle, 25 kg/drum.
