8002 PET Film UV Shadowless Adhesive

8002 PET Film UV Shadowless Adhesive is formulated from imported polyurethane acrylate resin. It is a cold-light source ultraviolet (UV) curing adhesive, mainly used for PET film bonding and lamination.

1. Main Features:

High transparency, single-component, fast curing, strong adhesion, anti-yellowing, aging resistance, environmentally friendly and solvent-free, effective for bonding various plastics.

2. Main Applications:

Bonding and laminating PET films (tempered film, crystal film), PETG films, PVC films, OPP films with glass, melamine board, PVC board, bamboo-wood board, etc.

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the bonding substrates from dust, oil, and moisture.

2. Apply the adhesive to one side of the two substrates, then cover with the other substrate, press tightly and flatten, expelling any air bubbles. Application methods: rolling, dripping, or scraping are all acceptable.

3. Use a dedicated UV lamp for the adhesive, wavelength 365 nm, either LED UV lamp or UV mercury lamp.

4. UV lamp exposure time depends on the lamp’s power, generally around 15 seconds to 3 minutes.

5. Precautions:

1. This adhesive must not be applied or stored under sunlight or UV exposure.

2. The adhesive must bond both sides and isolate from oxygen to gel and cure. If the adhesive surface is exposed, it cannot gel or cure.

3. Cleaning tools and equipment can be done using xylene, thinner, rosin spirit, alcohol, etc.

4. Take necessary safety measures during operation, wear protective goggles, masks, gloves, and keep the work area ventilated.

5. If the adhesive touches skin, wipe it with alcohol and rinse with water. If it splashes into eyes, rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention.

6. Specifications / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a dark, cool place; shelf life is 3 months. After expiration, it may still be used if testing passes.

2. Specifications: 50g/bottle, 250g/bottle, 2kg/drum, 25kg/drum.
