8005 Stone Slab UV Composite Adhesive is formulated from imported polyurethane acrylate resin. It is a cold light source ultraviolet (UV) curing glue, mainly used for composite bonding between glass and stone slabs.

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean dust, oil, and moisture from the surfaces to be bonded.

2. Apply the adhesive to one side of the material, then cover the glue with the other material, press to flatten, and remove air bubbles. Application methods include rolling, pouring, or scraping.

3. Place the glued materials under a UV light, where the adhesive will quickly gel and cure to form a bond.

4. Use a cold light source UV lamp at a 365 nm wavelength, with an exposure time of about 1–3 minutes.

5. Precautions:

1. It is strictly forbidden to apply or store this adhesive under sunlight or UV light.

2. The adhesive must be bonded on both sides, isolated from air, to gel and cure. The adhesive cannot gel and cure if the surface is exposed.

3. Tools and equipment can be cleaned using xylene, thinner, rosin solution, alcohol, etc.

4. Take necessary safety measures during operation, wearing protective glasses, masks, and gloves, and ensure proper ventilation.

5. If the adhesive touches the skin, wipe with alcohol and rinse with water. If it gets into the eyes, flush with water immediately and seek medical attention.

6. Specifications/Shelf Life:

1. Store the adhesive in a sealed container in a shaded, cool place. Shelf life is 3 months; expired adhesive can still be used if it passes testing.

2. Specifications: 50g/bottle, 250g/bottle, 2kg/bottle, 25kg/drum.
