2051 Water-Based Back Mesh Adhesive

2051 Water-Based Back Mesh Adhesive is made from acrylate terpolymer, with main features being environmentally friendly, low odor, and strong adhesion. It is primarily used for bonding composite organic and inorganic materials.

1. Characteristics:

Single-component, water-based and environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless, strong adhesion, aging-resistant, high temperature-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, among other advantages.

2. Main Uses:

Bonding and composite applications for marble back mesh, tile back mesh, rock slab back mesh, fiberglass cloth, fiberglass mesh, sponge, fabric, wood boards, etc.

3. Basic Parameters:

Appearance: Milky white

Solid content: 38-42%

pH value: 5.5-6.5

Temperature resistance: -20℃~160℃ (after complete curing)

Initial tack: 3-4h/25℃

Viscosity: 45000~55000 mPa·s

5. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the surfaces to be bonded from dust, grease, and moisture.

2. Pour out the adhesive and use directly, spray and stick (dry application is strictly prohibited).

3. This adhesive is suitable for mechanical rolling application; manual application using scraping, rolling, or brushing is also OK.

4. After bonding, the adhesive can naturally gel and cure, or curing can be accelerated with heat (heating significantly speeds up curing).

5. At room temperature (25℃), surface drying occurs in 10-20 minutes, initial tack in 2-3 hours, and full adhesion achieved in 24 hours.

6. Precautions:

1. One of the two surfaces to be bonded must be "water-absorbent and breathable" for the adhesive to gel and cure.

2. If dilution is needed, add up to 3% water.

3. Seal immediately after opening the container if not all adhesive is used, otherwise it will form a skin.

4. Do not apply or store the adhesive below 5℃, as it is prone to freezing.

5. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.

7. Packaging / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a sealed, cool, and dark place for up to six months.
