2344 Water-Based Adhesive

2344 water-based adhesive is a high-end, environmentally friendly water-based hot and cold bonding glue made by blending multiple water-based emulsions. This adhesive has excellent aging resistance, does not easily peel or blister over time, and is mainly suitable for mechanical roller coating and bonding in the soft and hard packaging industries.

1. Main Features:

Strong adhesion, aging resistance, environmentally friendly with low odor, free of formaldehyde and toluene, anti-corrosion and anti-mold, single-component easy application, glue remains soft and elastic after curing, transparent and non-sticky, no blistering or peeling, resistant to high and low temperatures.

2. Main Industries:

Soft and hard packaging, home soft furnishings, photo frames and albums, feature walls, wallpapers and wall fabrics, gift boxes, home decoration, handicrafts, etc.

3. Main Bonding Materials:

Leather, genuine leather, woven fabrics, PVC film, photo paper, solid wood, MDF, foam board, bamboo wood board, metal, etc.

5. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the bonding surfaces from dust, oil, water, etc.
2. Pour the glue and use directly, applying with a roller immediately (dry application is strictly prohibited).
3. This glue is suitable for mechanical roller coating application; for manual application, spreading, rolling, or brushing are all acceptable.
4. After bonding, the glue can naturally gel and cure, or can be cured by heating (heating significantly accelerates curing).
5. At room temperature (25℃), surface dry time is 10–20 minutes, initial tack is 2–3 hours, and fully bonded in 24 hours.

6. Precautions:

1. Among the two materials being bonded, at least one must be "water-absorbent and breathable" for the glue to gel and cure properly.
2. If dilution is needed, no more than 3% water can be added.
3. Any glue not used after opening must be tightly sealed immediately, otherwise a skin layer will form.
4. Do not apply or store glue below 5℃, as it may freeze.
5. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.

7. Packaging / Shelf Life:

1. Store sealed in a cool place, shelf life is six months.
2. Available in 20 kg/barrel and 50 kg/barrel.
