2355 Water-Based Adhesive

2355 Water-Based Adhesive is a high-end, environmentally friendly water-based hot and cold adhesive made from a combination of multiple water-based emulsions. This adhesive has excellent aging resistance and does not easily peel or bubble over time. It is mainly suitable for spraying, bonding, and laminating in the soft and hard packaging industry.

Strong adhesion, aging resistance, environmentally friendly with low odor, formaldehyde and toluene-free, anti-corrosion and anti-mold, single-component for easy application, remains soft and elastic after curing, transparent and non-sticky, prevents bubbling and peeling, resistant to high and low temperatures.

Soft and hard packaging, soft furnishings, photo frames and albums, feature walls, wallpapers and wall fabrics, gift boxes, home decoration, handicrafts, and more.

Leather, genuine leather, fabric, PVC film, photo paper, solid wood, medium-density fiberboard, PVC boards, bamboo and wood panels, metal, etc.

5. Application Method:

1. First, clean the bonding surfaces of dust, oil, and moisture, and ensure they are dry.

2. Pour out the adhesive for direct use; spray and stick immediately (dry application is strictly prohibited).

3. This adhesive is suitable for spray gun application; manual application by scraping, rolling, or brushing is also acceptable.

4. After application, the adhesive can naturally gel and cure, or it can be thermally cured (heating significantly accelerates the curing process).

5. At room temperature (25°C), the surface dries in 10–20 minutes, initial tack in 2–3 hours, and fully adheres in 24 hours.

6. Precautions:

1. At least one of the surfaces being bonded must be 'water-absorbent and breathable' for the adhesive to gel and cure properly.

2. If dilution is needed, water can be added within 3%.

3. Unused adhesive after opening must have the cover tightly closed immediately to prevent skinning.

4. Adhesive should not be applied or stored at temperatures below 5°C, otherwise it may freeze.

5. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.

7. Packaging / Shelf Life:

1. Store in a sealed, cool place for up to six months.

2. Available in 20 kg / barrel and 50 kg / barrel.
