2369 Water-based Quick Adhesive is a water-based spray adhesive formulated with imported neoprene rubber latex. It is environmentally friendly with low odor and has fast initial tack (quick positioning).

Features:

Main Adhesion:

Can bond absorbent materials such as genuine leather, synthetic leather, textile fabrics, sponge, latex, wooden boards, PVC plastic boards, etc.

Applications:

Suitable for bonding and laminating soft packages, hard packages, soft boxes, soft background walls, soft furniture, car cushions, handbags, etc.

Application Method:

1. First, clean dust, oil, and other impurities from the surface to be bonded.

2. The adhesive is ready to use upon opening; evenly spray the adhesive onto the surface of the material to be bonded, "spray and press immediately."

3. Depending on the situation, the adhesive can be sprayed on one side or both sides.

4. Recommended nozzle diameter: 2.0mm, using a bottom-feed spray gun.

5. Positioning takes a few seconds, and full adhesion is achieved within 24 hours.

6. This adhesive is water-based; at least one side of the materials must be breathable, otherwise gelation cannot occur.

Precautions:

1. Any unused adhesive after opening the lid must be tightly sealed immediately, otherwise the adhesive will form a skin.

2. The adhesive should not be applied or stored below 0°C, otherwise it will freeze.

3. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.
