2377-2 Vacuum Forming Adhesive

2377-2 Vacuum Forming Adhesive is formulated with imported water-soluble polyurethane emulsion. The adhesive cures by applying it, letting it dry, and then forming adhesion through high-temperature vacuum forming on a vacuum forming machine.

I. Main Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, environmentally friendly with low odor, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, single-component, easy to apply.

II. Main Applications:

Vacuum forming bonding of PVC film, PVC fabric, leather with medium-density fiberboard, foam board, solid wood board, etc.

IV. Usage Method:

1. Clean the bonding surface of oil, water, dust, etc., and let it dry.

2. Open the adhesive and use it directly. Spray the adhesive evenly on the surface of the board and let it naturally dry for about ten minutes.

3. Place the board with surface-dried adhesive into the vacuum forming machine, cover it with film or fabric, and perform heat vacuum forming.

4. Temperature is generally between 130–190℃, and vacuum forming time is about 1–3 minutes.

5. When vacuum forming, it is best to remove the board after the temperature drops below 50℃.

V. Precautions:

1. Take necessary safety measures during construction, wear protective goggles, gloves, protective masks, etc., and keep the site ventilated.

2. Equipment and tools can be cleaned with water or alcohol.

3. If accidentally in contact with skin or eyes, rinse with water; seek medical attention if severe.

VI. Packaging/Shelf Life:

1. Store sealed in a cool place at 5–30℃, shelf life 6 months.

2. Packaging: Net weight 20 kg/barrel.
