2905 Special Water-Based Adhesive

2905 Special Water-Based Adhesive is an environmentally friendly water-based bonding glue formulated from a combination of multiple emulsions. Main features: fast initial tack (quick positioning), strong adhesion, and excellent bonding to various plastics.

1. Characteristics:

Strong adhesion, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, low environmental odor, single-component, easy to apply, and other advantages.

2. Main Bonding Applications:

PE film, PVC film, silver-platinum film, cardboard, photo paper, leather, non-woven fabric, oil painting canvas, wall fabric, stainless steel, iron, aluminum, plastic film, melamine board, solid wood board, MDF, PVC foam board, carbon crystal board, and other laminated bonding.

4. Application Method:

1. First, clean and dry the surface of the materials to be bonded to remove dust, oil, water, etc.
2. Apply the glue evenly on the surface of the materials. The adhesive is suitable for brushing, rolling, or spatula application; it is not suitable for spraying.
3. Immediately press the two surfaces together after applying the glue, and squeeze out any air in between.
4. Heating can significantly accelerate gel drying.
5. The adhesive can also gel and cure at room temperature: initial tack in 10 minutes, fully bonded in 24 hours.

5. Precautions:

1. One of the two surfaces to be bonded must be “water-absorbent and breathable” for the adhesive to gel and cure.
2. Any opened glue not in use should be sealed immediately; otherwise, it will form a skin.
3. Do not apply or store the adhesive below 5°C.
4. Clean equipment and tools with tap water.

6. Packaging / Shelf Life:

1. Store sealed in a cool place; shelf life is 6 months.
2. 25 kg per drum.
